Stained Glass

The glass, the game of light and the fragments of colours are embedded with an outline of lead.

It is a relatively new art in respect of other glass techniques. It has been the most beautiful since it was first used between the 11th and 13th Century, when the big romantic and gothic cathedrals were formed.

After a period of decline at the end of the 18th Century, Art Nouveau and Liberty assisted with the rebirth of stained glass, rediscovered by artists, architects and craftsmen.

The variety of avanguard arts of the 19 Century explore the potential expression, the experimentation of new techniques and the rendering of glass is a contemporary element.
